Numerous Evidence of Bioweapons Arise
China Starts World War III With COVID-19 [Part 2]

How does a U.S. expert on biochemistry and toxin view the abnormality of COVID-19?

Colorado State University

Professor Emeritus

Born in Taipei in 1930. After graduating from National Taiwan University under Japanese rule, Tu studied biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame, Stanford University and Yale University. Tu specializes in biological and chemical weapons, as well as toxins. Tu has authored numerous books, including “Chemical and Biological Weapons and Terrorism.”

—Vaccines are being developed around the world, but how effective do you think they are?

Tu: Currently, there are 149 types of vaccines being developed in the world. Out of the 149 types, it is said that there are about 30 types that have reached the stage of conducting clinical experiments.

The effectiveness of the vaccine developed by the U.S. pharmaceutical company Pfizer, scheduled to be used in the U.S. from the end of December 2020, is said to be 95%. With that said, their vaccine must be stored at minus 70 degrees Celsius, which is quite difficult to maintain.

Then, there’s the vaccine that is jointly developed by the University of Oxford in the U.K. and AstraZeneca, a pharmaceutical company. That vaccine is said to be 70% effective, but the clinical experiments that were conducted to measure its effectiveness mainly targeted young people. Therefore, we don’t know what the real effectiveness rate will be if we include the seniors.

Also, a Russian vaccine was developed based on adenovirus which is similar in structure to the coronavirus. That vaccine is said to be 90% effective, but it wasn’t used by President Putin himself. From that standpoint, it looks like there’s something behind it.

—There are differences in fatality rates by different countries or regions, and it is even said that there are multiple types of the coronavirus.

Tu: It’s a fact that a mutated type has been discovered, one that is completely different from the coronavirus that spread from Wuhan. It is said that 99% of the virus that spread in the U.K. in June are mutated. Similarly, in the U.S., 98% of the virus have been confirmed to be mutated.

Therefore, although global vaccine development is making progress, it is unknown how effective the vaccines will be if the mutation is so severe. As with the flu, it is possible that the vaccine will not be effective as the virus mutates.

Troops Sent to Wuhan to Destroy Evidence

—Some people believe that the coronavirus arose naturally.

Tu: Right. However, there has been considerable circumstantial evidence over the past year that China may have artificially created or developed the virus as a biological weapon.

For example, Major General Chen Wei of the Chinese military was sent to Wuhan immediately after the blockade of Wuhan in January 2008. Chen graduated from Zhejiang University and received her Ph.D. from the University of Montpellier in France. She is an expert in biological weapons, as she was engaged in research on Africa’s Ebola virus after joining the military.

Countries such as Taiwan have reported that a medical expert should’ve been sent to investigate the effect of the coronavirus. Since a biological weapons expert was mobilized, however, they have reported that the virus leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

A recent report even pointed out that Chen was sent to Wuhan in order to erase evidence of coronavirus research records and its facility.

In fact, China is taking measures that would only be taken if the coronavirus was developed as a biological weapon. The first infection was confirmed on Dec. 8, 2019, but earlier in September 2019, training was conducted at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport to prepare for a leak of the coronavirus.

In addition, as of February 2020, China supposedly developed a vaccine in just one month

— a vaccine that would take at least a year to develop.

I think this vaccine was either prepared in advance, or that research has been underway for the past three or four years. Given these unnatural responses from China, it is unreasonable to think that the coronavirus arose spontaneously.

Some researchers have come forth to state that the coronavirus was developed as a biological weapon. A leading figure is Dr. Li-Meng Yan who is living in exile in the U.S.

Through her research, Dr. Yan became convinced that the coronavirus was purposefully created. She argued that an independent investigation must be conducted as promptly as possible, but she felt that her life was in danger and escaped to the U.S.

In accepting her, the U.S. must’ve investigated the authenticity of the claim that the coronavirus was purposefully created. It seems that the U.S. has some form of evidence, given that her asylum was granted after the investigation.

More Than 10 Countries Possess Biological Weapons

—Still, the view that the coronavirus was artificially created as a biological weapon is often denied.

Tu: You may feel uncomfortable to think that the coronavirus was developed as a biological weapon, leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and spread around the world. But it’s not that surprising. In fact, more than 10 countries carry numerous pathogens as biological weapons.

Anthrax is a typical example of that. In the U.S., there was even terrorism that erupted using anthrax. The Soviet Union was also studying anthrax as a biological weapon. In 1979, anthrax spilled from the Soviet biological warfare institute in what is now Sverdlovsk, Russia, killing many civilians.

No Evidence Will Be Found Even if WHO Investigates

—The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that they will investigate into Wuhan, but do you think the truth will be revealed?

Tu: There were doctors who noticed something unusual and spoke out when the first pandemic broke out in Wuhan. One of them was Dr. Li Wenliang, an ophthalmologist. Dr. Wenliang received pressure from Chinese authorities, and he was sentenced to admonition by the hospital he belonged to. Later on, he lost his life after being infected by the coronavirus. But strangely enough, the other doctors who made similar claims also died from the coronavirus.

During this past year since the first case was confirmed, China would have completely concealed their evidence — including eliminating their whistleblowers.

WHO, which is under the suspicion of having ties with China, will not find any evidence even if they do an investigation in Wuhan.
